Deep Coaching
Come home to yourself.
There’s a kind of conversation that isn’t about fixing, improving, or achieving. It’s about returning - to the deeper intelligence of your body, your inner knowing, your truth.
That’s what Deep Coaching offers: a chance to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself beneath the noise.
Whether you're navigating a transition, feeling stuck, or simply longing for space to hear yourself more clearly, this is a place to be met exactly as you are - without pressure, without judgment, and without the need to figure everything out.
You don’t need to bring a clear goal or agenda, we’ll follow what’s alive in the moment. There might be silence, emotion, insight, or simply a gentle sense of returning to yourself. This isn’t about advice or strategies - it’s about listening for what’s true, and allowing space for what wants to emerge.
I’m currently offering Deep Coaching sessions on a pay-what-you-can basis - an invitation to connect while I deepen into this work and grow my practice. You choose the amount based on what feels spacious for you - there’s no minimum or fixed rate, just a shared trust in the value of honest, healing connection.
Sessions are 60 minutes, held on Zoom, and you’re welcome to book a one-off session or return for more if it feels right. You can [book here] or reach out if you’d like to ask anything first.
This is an invitation to step into a different kind of space - one that honours your wholeness, your tenderness, and your unfolding. I’d love to sit with you there.
My Journey with Deep Coaching
I first came to Deep Coaching through the Holding Space course, which had been recommended by a friend who had just completed it. I loved the idea of holding space but had no intention of becoming a coach - I couldn’t imagine myself enjoying it… I imagined pressure, needing to say the right thing or have answers ready. But the course opened something unexpected. As we explored the practices shared on Leon Vanderpol’s wonderful book, A Shift In Being I began to feel a deep resonance. There was a kind of magick in the idea that I didn’t need to fix or direct anything. I could simply be present and trust.
I went on to complete the full Deep Coaching training with the Center for Transformational Coaching in March 2025. From the start, the work felt like a gentle unlearning - a new experience of slowing down and listening inward. Instead of reaching for the ‘right’ thing to say or trying to meet someone else’s expectations, I began practicing how to let words arise from within.
Coaching became less about guiding or helping, and more about being present, attuned, and trusting what emerges in the space between us. It offered me a way of showing up that felt honest, grounded, and deeply human.
I fell in love with the idea of letting go into trust. What if I didn’t have to control or figure it all out? What if I could simply follow what feels good, one step at a time? A practice of presence, a connection to the heart, and a lived trust in the unfolding of things.
