A Creative Invitation: 5-Minute Daily Intentional Art-Making

A short and sweet daily practice adapted from a daily creative practice from @yantrawisdom

  1. Choose your focus (something that you want to experience more of… joy? peace? serentiy?)

  2. Take a moment to breathe and drop into the experience. What does joy/peace/serenity feel like?

  3. Gather a few art supplies (nothing too complicated as you’ve only got 5 mins!)

  4. Set a timer for 5 minutes

  5. STOP at the end of 5 minutes (be strict with yourself and let it be an exercise of letting go of the outcome… whatever you’ve created in 5 minutes is perfect as it is!).
